SMEPS launched its “Grievance System” to always have an open ear to hear your suggestions and satisfy the people we serve and the stakeholder’s. This was achieved through establishing a platform for beneficiaries / stakeholders to submit their complaints or suggestions and to ensure achieving the best result for everyone.
